During this initial phase, we focused on confirming the viability of the Chores concept. We conducted market research to understand user needs and refined the platform’s vision accordingly. We will implement fundamental security measures, including KYC/AML protocols and an escrow system, to protect users and maintain trust. A select group of early adopters will test the MVP, providing feedback that helps us refine the user experience and ensure platform stability before expanding further.

With the MVP refined and stable, we will proceed to a beta launch, welcoming a broader group of testers. Their insights will guide improvements to the interface, ensure seamless job matching, and confirm the robustness of our security protocols. We will also enhance currency conversion options so users have greater flexibility as they earn and transact within the Chores ecosystem. This phase sets the stage for a well-tested, user-friendly platform.

The official launch will introduce Chores to the public. Backed by marketing campaigns and targeted influencer partnerships, we aim to establish a strong market presence and attract a diverse user base. We will introduce advanced features that bolster trust and credibility—such as in-depth skill verification, user reputation badges, and community-driven governance. To support onboarding, we’ll provide accessible educational resources, ensuring everyone can navigate the platform smoothly.
